Catch up with Angelle Siyang-Le, the Director of Art Basel Hong Kong, and Gary Yeh, the Founder of ArtDrunk. Meet Chomwan Weeraworawit (Founder of Mysterious Ordinary)and Philip Huang (together, Founders of Philip Huang) as we explore their journey across art, film, fashion and artisanal practices. We’ll discuss the importance of creative collaboration, the role of artisans in shaping cultural narratives, and how tradition and technology intersect in their vision for an artisanal future. More than just a talk, this session invites us to rethink how fashion, process-driven creation, and community come together as a living, evolving platform. Stay till the end for a special chocolate tasting with Chiang Mai-based artist Udomsak Krisanamis.

Step into the world of LA-based artist Emma Webster as she takes us inside her creative process, blending traditional painting techniques with AI-generated landscapes. She’ll share how technology serves as both a tool and a collaborator in her work, shaping dynamic, immersive compositions. This “masterclass” offers a behind-the-scenes look at the intersection of art and AI, inviting participants to reimagine the role of digital innovation in contemporary painting. She will also delve more into the inspirations behind her current exhibition Vapors at Perrotin Hong Kong, on view from March 25—May 17, 2025.

Meet Jacky Ho (Senior Vice President and Deputy Head of the 20th and 21st Century Art Department at Christie’s Asia Pacific). He delves into his journey of building a distinguished career in the art world. With over 15 years of experience, Jacky will discuss his role in leading Christie’s specialist teams across Greater China, and the intricacies of navigating the auction industry. This is an opportunity to gain valuable insights from a key player shaping the art market.

Whether collecting watches or collecting contemporary art, collecting brings joy to our lives. At least for Alex Lau (Founder of The Horologist) and Gary Yeh (Founder of ArtDrunk). We delve into the art of watchmaking and collecting. From the craftsmanship and storytelling behind timepieces to the ways horology overlaps with contemporary art, Alex will share insights on how collectors and creators shape this evolving world. And we’ll get into how we both discovered our passions within our respective fields and the impact that collecting has had on our day to day.

Meet Steven Learner, an award-winning architect, curator, consultant and long-time friend of ArtDrunk. Having recently moved to Hong Kong, Steven will share his insights on the city’s art & design scene and how his global experiences have influenced his current creative pursuits. Our conversation will dive into his journey, from his career in New York shaping immersive art spaces and launching New York’s Collective Design fair, to his vision for expanding the market for collectible design in Asia, offering you a greater appreciation of the design all around you.

Join gallerists Kathy Huang (Managing Director at Jeffrey Deitch Gallery) and Annie Kwok (Associate Director at White Cube) for an insightful conversation on developing a career in the art world. Drawing from their extensive experience, they’ll share the challenges and opportunities of running successful galleries, offer advice for emerging art professionals, and discuss the evolving dynamics of the art market.

Meet Yvette Man-yi Kong, a modern-day Renaissance woman whose journey spans from Olympic swimmer to lecturer at MIT’s Art, Culture, and Technology program. After representing Hong Kong at the 2016 Rio Olympics, Kong has evolved her expertise across disciplines, including mental wellbeing and art innovation.

What role does art play in social impact and mental wellbeing? In this chat, Kong will share her approach to transversal design, which integrates various disciplines to tackle complex societal issues through art and design. She will explore how creative processes can foster deep empathy, self-reflection, and emotional healing on both individual and collective levels.

Join us as she unpacks her journey from elite sports to mental wellbeing to creative leadership, and how she is shaping a new paradigm where art is not just a reflection of society, but a tool to reimagine it.

Join Damien Zhang (Director of Aranya Art Center) and artist Covey Gong for a conversation on Gong’s recent exhibitions at Empty Gallery in Hong Kong and SculptureCenter in New York. They’ll delve into Gong’s distinctive approach to materiality, the historical and contemporary influences shaping his work, and how his sculptures engage with space. A closer look at the evolving language of Gong’s practice and the dialogues it creates.
